    10 petite yellow potatoes, cut into eights
    1/2 cup fat free Italian salad dressing

Tips

You can also make these in parchment or foil pouches with other veggies and a meat for a quick and easy meal.


Directions

Combine ingredients in zip lock bag. Toss until potatoes are coated. Put potatoes into a sprayed glass container and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. You may take foil off can cook for 5 minutes to crisp up potatoes.
