Ingredients

    2 Cups Chicken Bouillon
    3 Cups Water
    16 oz Pasta (your choice)
    4 tsp Garlic, minced
    1 Medium Yellow Onion, sliced
    1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, diced
    4 Cups Asparagus, cut in 1/2 inch pieces

    24 oz Shrimp, cooked
    1/2 Cup Nonfat Milk
    1 Cup Athenos Tomato Basil Feta Cheese

Tips

Quick meal to prepare (about 30 minutes).


Directions

Add first 7 ingredients to a stock pot and bring to a boil. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 7-9 minutes or until the pasta and vegetables are tender and most of the liquid has been reduced. Stir in the shrimp to heat through. Add the milk and feta cheese mix well and serve.
