    beef brisket (4 pounds)
    Colgin Liquid Smoke (1/2 bottle)
    Adolph's Meat Tenderizer (as needed)
    Paprika (1-2 tablespoons)

Tips

Directions

lay aluminum foil in a pyrex cooking dish
rub meat tenderizer all over the brisket, only enough to somewhat coat the surface
lay the brisket on the foil
sprinkle paprika on the top of the brisket
pour the liquid smoke all over the brisket, trying to keep it from spilling outside of the foil
wrap the ends of the foil around the brisket, sealing it up
place into a 250 degree oven
cook for 4-5 hours
