Ingredients

    12 Egg Yolk
    4 Grade A Extra Large White Eggs
    1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 Cup Soy Flour
    1 Cup Soy milk, Vanilla (Simple Truth Organic/Kroger)
    2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    .25 tsp. Salt

Directions

Pour ingredients into blender and mix. Spoon mixture into pan thinly. Allow to cook for about 2 mins. and then flip and cook for 2 minutes.
