Ingredients

    1.25 lb ground turkey breast
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    1 large yellow pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 15 oz cans kidney beans, undrained
    1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, undrained
    2 15 oz cans stewed tomatoes, undrained

Tips

This gets better every time it is heated up.


Directions

Saute ground turkey, peppers, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Add chili powder, salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
