    *100% Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    **Designer Whey Protein powder, French Vanilla, 1 serving (remove)
    *Argo Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    **Maple Syrup, Pure, Organic, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Almond Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    *H-E-B MooTopia 2% Milk (50% More Portein / 45% Less Sugar) (1 cup), 1 cup (remove)
    *Oil - Canola harvest - canola oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    *HEB Greek Plain Yogurt - 0% Fat, .75 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all but last two ingredients. Fry over medium heat. Mix yogurt and bananas for topping.
