This is a nice little protein smoothie, but I do recommend having a small bit of carbs to give you the feeling of eating something instead of just drinking.     Andrew Lessman Secure Complete Meal Replacement- 2 scoops
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 5 berries
    Silk, Very Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup

Tips

The longest part of this recipe is blending the soymilk and the meal replacement since the meal replacement won't dissolve well.


Directions

Add your soymilk and your meal replacement then blend to disolve meal replacement. Then add strawberries and blend.
