Ingredients

    2 cans Honey Boy Pink Salmon
    3 large eggs
    2 cups diced celery
    1/2 cup red onion
    6 tbsp. flaxseed meal
    3 tbsp. chia seeds
    3 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

Directions

Drain salmon and remove large bones. Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and miix well. Spray two cupcake/muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each muffin tin about 1/2 full with the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until tops are brown.

Enjoy with no-salt ketchup.
