Number of Servings: 80

Ingredients

    1/2 C butter
    3 C Peanut butter
    3C Powdered sugar
    1 large bag of Chocolate chips


    Soften butter on counter overnight. Blend together with peanutbutter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. May want to use a stand mixer for this, as the batter gets very thick and difficult to mix. When all is blended, roll into balls and place on waxed paper covered cookie sheets. Freeze. Can be eaten as is or after frozen can be covered with melted chocolate chips. To cover, melt chocolate chips and a small piece of wax (baking aisle) together. You can use either a double boiler or just the microwave. Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate. roll it around until completely coated and the stab with a toothpick to pull it out. repeat. refreeze on cookie sheet. after an hour in the freezer they can be put into containers, and handed out to all your lucky friends.

Directions

makes about 80 1 inch balls. there is no baking, the cooking time is the time for dipping in chocolate.
