    1/2 cup organic spelt flour
    1/2 cup dry quick oats
    2 scoops Chocolate protein powder (my stats use one scoop of Protizyme chocolate cake and one scoop of Click Espresso protein)
    4 tsp Truvia baking blend
    1 1/2 cups PB2 with chocolate
    pinch of baking soda
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3 tbsp Hershey sugar free chocolate chips (optional)


They cook fast, so keep an eye on them!


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the spelt flour and oats into a mixing bowl then add the rest of the dry ingredients and mixed well. I then mixed the almond milk and vanilla extract into the dry mixture until it had a dough like texture. Fold in chocolate chips. Spray a baking sheet with Pam and spoon drop cookie dough into balls approximately 2 inches in diameter. Bake for 8-10 mins. Enjoy!
