-
2.5 cups Rolled oats
1.5 Cups assorted nuts (Almonds & Walnuts here)
.5 cups Sunflower seeds
.25 cups unsweetened coconut
scant .25 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp dried cinnamon
1/2 tsp dried ginger
1/2 tsp dried cardamom
1.2 tsp sea salt
.3 cups unsweetened applesauce
2.5 Tbsp Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp Honey
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or oil of your choice)
Tips
Can add dried fruits when warm ingredients come out of oven
Mix up the nuts and grains, etc according to your taste.
Nut oils in place of the olive oil would enhance the flavor of different nuts. Use grapeseed or vegetable oil for a more neutral taste.
