Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Large Eggs
    1/2c sausage crumbles
    1/2c crumbled bacon
    1/4c sliced or chopped onion
    1c milk
    1 c shredded cheddar tossed with 4t flour

Directions

Distribute cooked bacon, sausage and onion and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Pour over that, the eggs which have been beaten with the milk. Bake at 400F for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 8 small servings
