Introduction

Ingredients

    500 grams 3% quark cheese (gvina levana)
    3 whole large eggs
    2 containers lowfat (1.5%) plain yogurt
    3 Tblsp. cornstartch
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    grated peel from one medium lemon
    artificial sweetener for baking to equal 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 220 degrees centigrade.Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9" (24 cm.) baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Release from sides of baking pan with metal spatula. Return to oven, lower temperature to 120 degrees centigrade and continue baking for 30 minutes without opening oven door. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven with the door closed for additional hour. Cool completely and refrigerate.
