Ingredients

    1 small cabbage shredded
    1 onion diced
    1can of no salt diced tomatoes
    1 can of cut green beans
    1/2 bag of frozen stir fry peppers
    1 pound of ground round
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2cups of water

Directions

Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Season to taste. Cook for approx. 1 hr on high then another hr on low.
