Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

Butter flavored cooking spray (PAM Butter)
7 Pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
    4 tbsp lite brown sugar

Tips

Don't be afraid to let the pineapple get dark brown or even a little black because it gives it a great toasted flavor!

Directions

Set oven rack 6 inches from broiler or at the top oven setting.

Set the broiler to 550 degrees or to broil if no degree setting is available.

Lightly spray butter flavored PAM on a foil covered baking sheet.

Arrange all 7 rings on the sheet - Making sure to space the rings so they don't touch.

Lightly spray (1 second each) each ring with butter flavored cooking spray

In a small bowl or cup, measure out brown sugar, loosen the sugar so that it will flake easily.

Evenly sprinkle the sugar around the rings until all the sugar is gone.

Broil the pineapple for 12 minutes or until there is a golden brown ring around the outside.
