Introduction
I had a box of Chef’s Cupboard® Gourmet Tuscan Parmesan Slice Potatoes and wanted to transform it a bit. Here is my version on Pommes Anna using a box of sliced potatoes. Ingredients

1 (4.9 oz.) box Chef’s Cupboard® Gourmet Tuscan Parmesan Slice Potatoes
½ cup skim milk, heated
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cup water
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Heat the potatoes, milk, butter, and water together in a 2-quart saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
4. Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking oil. Pour the potato mixer into the skillet.
5. Sprinkle with black pepper, place in the oven, uncovered.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of Pommes Anna
