Ingredients

    1.Open one 15 oz can of Alaskan pink salmon into a bowl.
    2. Add I raw egg.
    3. Crumble 8 - 10 saltine crackers and add to bowl; mix well.
    4. Add 1 -2 tablespoons lemon or pickle juice to taste.
    5. make into 2-3 inch patties.


Directions

Spray nonstick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat to medium temperature. Add salmon cakes and brown on both sides, turning once.
