Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cup cream of broccoli soup (regular or ff)
1/2 container of single serving Breakstone cottage cheese
    10 asparagus (small) spears, chopped
5 celery spears (small) chopped or 1 large spear chopped
    2 jalapeņos chopped (OPTIONAL)
    1/2 cup of sprouts
Seasonings (I used Mrs. Dash and Morton's Salt Sub)
Pam or Spray butter to coat (or olive oil)
    Pre-cooked shiritaki noodles (one bag)

Tips

If you want to make this entire dish in a tupperware or disposable container you can. Just make sure that, after you add all inside, leave it to rest so the sauce thickens.

Directions

Season, chop, and cook the chicken thigh as you wish.
In a separate container, mix sauce, cottage cheese and also season.
Chop, mix veggies, stir fry them, add the sauce.
Wash the shiritaki noodles until the soy smell is gone.
They are pre-cooked, so give them 2 mins in the microwave.
Meanwhile, add the chicken to the vegetables and cream.
Add more seasonings if desired.
Lastly, add the shiritaki noodles and stir fry the whole thing.
Put in a deep container prior to serving
Crush Kay's low carb chili cheese chips after it cooks down.
