    7 chicken legs
    1 large onion, julienne
    6 small potatoes, sliced
    2 cups chopped carrlots
    1 Tbsp chopped thyme
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp himalayan salt

Tips

Freeze ahead all ingredients and label. Put frozen in crock put on low for 8 hours on cooking day.


Directions

Put all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
