Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 lb. package frozen broccoli
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
    1 jar Ragu Cheesy Classic Alfredo sauce
    2 cups shredded parmesan or mozzarella cheese, low fat
    salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cook 8 chicken breasts in crock pot, cool, and cut into bite size pieces
2. Mix together in a bowl 2lb package of frozen broccoli, 1 jar of sliced mushrooms, 2 cups nonfat shredded parmesan cheese, and 1 jar Ragu Cheesy Classic Alfredo sauce.
3. Add chicken to mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
5. Cook with foil and bake on 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles!
