Introduction

Very yummy almond flour bread! More for eating by itself since it's slightly sweet but I will try it in savory things later! Very yummy almond flour bread! More for eating by itself since it's slightly sweet but I will try it in savory things later!

Ingredients

    2 eggs, beaten
1 cup blanched almond flour (I use Honeyville, but calories calculated with Bob's Red Mill)
    1/8 cup honey
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs in mixing bowl then add in the rest of the ingredients. Blend well.

Using a cookie sheet, lay down a piece of parchment paper to cover the pan and spray with oil. Pour batter in middle of paper and spread with a spatula in a square shape. I do about 9 inches by 9 inches.

Once completely cool, I use a pizza cutter to quickly cut into 9 equal pieces. Do not try to remove the bread from the paper until it is COMPLETELY cool or it will still stick and my best tip is to push from the back of the paper when you are peeling up the bread.

Serving Size: Makes 9 squares (each about 3 inches square)
