Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 small head of cabbage
    4 whole potatoes
    5 c water

    1 Tbsp chopped onion
    1 Tbsp butter
    1Tbsp flour
    salt& pepper to taste



Directions

Quater the head of cabbage & wash.
Peel potatoes, wash, & cut in half or quarters
Add these to pot with 5 cups of water, bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes until veggies are tender.
In skillet, melt butter & add onions. Cook until onions brown. Add the flour.
Add this mixture to the pot of cabbage & potaoes.
Stir and season to taste.


Will serve 6.

** You may add some bacon bits or chunks of ham to this soup, just remember to add that to the calories.
