Ingredients

    Uncooked wholegrain brown rice, 100 gram(s) - cook until all water has gone
    Flageolet beans (drained), 100 gram(s)
    Cucumber (with peel), 60 grams, diced
    Scallions, raw, 17 grams, finely chopped
    *Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    co-op hot smoked salmon flakes, 60 gram(s) - or any similar
    Lime Juice, 0.5 lime yields
    *Chilli, red, raw, 6 gram(s), finely chopped
    *Light Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cook the rice and allow to cool while you assemble all the other ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the rice and allow the flavours to develop for a few minutes before serving.
