Ingredients

    Eggs
    onions
    pepper
    heavy whipping cream
    tarragon
    salt
    pepper
    shredded cheddar cheese

Tips

You may add other vegetables and cheeses as desired


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with non-stick Pam.
Whip eggs and cream together along with the salt and pepper and other spices preferred. Add all chopped ingredients. Ladle the mixture to almost to the top rim of the muffin tin. Sprinkle with extra cheese on top if desired. Baked for 10-15 minutes. ***egg muffins will look overfilled when taken out of the oven but size will reduce ones it cools off.

Serving Size: Makes a dozen regular cupcake size servings
