Ingredients

    almond oil or extra light olive oil (extra virgin is too strong)
    large raw egg
    juice of half lemon
    generous pinch of salt

Tips

Extra light olive oil can also be used.


Directions

Add all ingredients into a pint sized wide mouth mason jar. Using a stick blender, whip ingredients until it looks like mayo.
