Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbsp EVCO
1/4 cup brown sugar
(1/4 dried fruits)
Dry Ingredients
3/4 cup flour (half white half whole wheat)
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 oat
(1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds)
Tips
Dried fruits can be raisins, cranberries, chopped figs, dates, blue berries, etc. The same goes for the nuts and seeds. They can be almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds.
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix wet ingredients together then add the dried fruits.
Then sift all the dry ingredients together minus the oat and nuts for a couple of times before mixing in the oat.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stir to combine.
Then fold in the chopped nuts and seeds.
Spoon onto lined cookie sheet in tbsp sized pile.
Bake for 10 mins.
