    1 med. jar of Pace Salsa-mild to spicy is your choice
    16 oz chicken breast-boneless/skinless
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Pour 1/2 cup water into crock pot, place chicken in crock pot then pour jar of pace salsa on top of chicken. cover and let cook for 6 hours. When done you should be able to shred chicken with a fork.
