Ingredients

    6 oz raw cashews, soaked for hours
    3 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1/2 lemon of juice
    1/8 tsp turmeric
    14 oz tomatoes with chilis with some of the water added

Tips

Makes 2.5 cups or 10 servings


Directions

Soak cashews up to 3-4 hours. Add all ingredients except tomatoes to blender. Gradually add juice from tomatoes to blender to ensure smoothness. Too much acidity may make the smoothness break. Blend until creamy. Add tomatoes to creamy mixture. Warm to serve.
