Ingredients

    1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    I Can of Whole Tomatoes w/no added salt
    I Can of Tomato Paste
    3 Large Mushrooms (chopped)
    1 Red Pepper (chopped)
    1 Large Onion (chopped)
    Black Pepper (to taste)
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    2 tbsp Basil (freshly chopped)
    1tsp of Dried Red Chili Flakes

Directions

clean and prepare veggies, over medium heat cook ground beef, add onions & peppers. once beef is almost cooked add the tomatoes and the tomato paste. Bring to a boil and turn down heat to simmer. simmer for about 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
