Ingredients

    3 Lb Beef Chuck Roast
    2.5 oz Dried Ancho Chile
    200g Chopped Onion
    150g Chopped Bell Pepper
    25g Chopped Garlic
    1T Mexican Oregno
    2T Cumin
    1/8t Allspice
    1/8t Cloves
    1T Coarse Kosher Salt
    50g Chopped Pickled Jalapenos
    1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
    14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
    1T Tomato Paste

Directions

1 serving= 3/4 cup

Cut roast into 1" chunks and brown
Add all other ingredients and simmer until beef is tender approx. 1 1/2 hrs.
