Ingredients

    Vegetable broth
    Garlic
    Celery
    Carrots
    Red Onion

Tips

You can add any kind of veggies, chicken, or beans to make it fit to your liking.


Directions

Cut up veggies, garlic, and onion

Cook Garlic in a little of the broth ( you can add olive oil- I did not)
Once Garlic is cooked up add veggies and broth.

Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer.

I added Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servers of 1 cup
