Ingredients

    - 12 tomatillas, husked and diced
    - 12 green chiles, seeded and diced
    - 1 white onion, medium size, diced
    - 1 small bunch Cilantro, snipped
    - juice from one lime
    - 2 tsp garlic powder
    - 2 tsp Olive oil
    - dash black pepper



Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processer. Blend 1-2 seconds until slightly puréed.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups or 16 one ounce servings
