Ingredients

1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 onion, chopped
2 serrano peppers, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic
1 medium tomato, quartered, peeled optional
2 cups water
1/2 tsp. better than bouillion, chicken flavor
Directions
Drain and rinse beans and set aside. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and cook onion and peppers about 2 minutes. Add garlic, tomato, water and bouillion and heat to boil. Blend in blender or Vita-mix and pour back in saucepan and heat through.
