Ingredients

    Can of peeled/chopped tomato
    Can spicy bean salad (napolina)
    Sardines in tomato sauce (chicken/other fish works fine)
    Garlic cloves (2)
    Mushrooms (to taste)
    Onion (to taste)
    Celery (1 stick)

Tips

This recipe is very adaptable. Play around with the ingredients to adjust flavour. Add pepper, chilli etc


Directions

Fry garlic, onion, mushroom and celery on low heat for 5 minutes in a large frying pan.
Pour in tomato and beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
Boil pasta at same time.
Add Sardines
Serve, enjoy!
