    All-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill's, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup packed
    White Sugar 1/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 4 oz
    Instant, Quick, Gluten Free Oats 2 cup, dry, yields
    Sun Maid Golden Raisins 3/4 Cup,

Tips

may use 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend 1/4 cup splenda sugar blend to make sugar free


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugars, add flour baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and mix. Add the egg, applesauce and vanilla. Mix, Fold in the oatmeal and raisins. Drop by tablespoon on the a baking sheet flattening each cookie slightly. Bake for 12 minutes or until slightly brown at edges
