Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 x 100g skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten for dipping
    1 cup grated / powdered parmesan
    1 tablespoon dried parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

NOTE: the chicken strips might take shorter to bake, so check baking after 12 minutes.


Directions

Schnitzel:
Flatten the chicken breast by opening up the breast, covering with cling wrap and beating slightly until a "patty" has formed.
Strips
Cut the chicken in strips

Mix the cheese, parsley and salt and pepper.
Beat the egg
Dip the chicken in the egg, then the "crumb" mixture
Place in a oven dish (spray with Spray & Cook)
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 180 degrees preheated oven.
Turn once halfway through the baking time.
