Ingredients

    15 oz lump crab meat
    1 tsp dried minced onion
    1/4 c diced celery
    12 grape tomatoes
    juice from 1 lime
    1 TBL minced cilantro
    4 TBL ken's light sweet vidalia onion dressing
    s & p to taste
    3 c mixed baby salad greens



Directions

Mix together first 6 ingredients, then salad dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 3 hours. Divide salad greens onto 6 plates. Add 1/6 crab salad.
