    6 oz noodles
    2 onions
    1/2 pound velveeta
    6 tbs. can't believe it's not butter light melted
    6 potatoes


Boil potatoes and mash with velveeta until cheese is melted. Cook noodles as directed on box. Saute onion with a little butter. Mix 1/2 of onions with potatoes. In 13x9 inch pan layer noodles, and potato ending with noodles, top with remaining onions and butter. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

    This was a very good recipe, and YES, I DO feed my kids Velveeta!!! I'm always looking for new recipes and this one is a keeper. Thanks Momof2boys1girl!!! - 8/9/10
