Ingredients

1 1/4 cups dry beans (Seventeen Bean Mix, Trader Joe's)
3 cups Organic Diced Tomatoes
2 cups Sauce Starter (Trader Joe's)
16 oz Kosher Ground Turkey
Spices / Seasons to Taste
Directions
Rehydrate bean with 3 3/4 cups water (bring to a boil, cook two minutes, allow to sit for two hours). Cook Turkey, Drain. Mix Sauce Starter and Diced Tomatoes in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add beans and turkey. Season to taste. Simmer for one hour.
