Ingredients

    2 - 2 1/2 pound chick roast
    2 cups chopped or baby carrots
    5-6 potatoes, cut into pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 package dry onion soup mix

Directions

Cut up vegetables, and place in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top of vegetables. Pour cream of mushroom soup over roast, then sprinkle dry soup mix over roast. Cook on low for at least 8 hours.
