    Whole wheat pasta 1 up dry
    zucchini 1 cup
    mushrooms 1/2 cup
    onions 1/2 cup
    extra virgin olive oil i tbsp
    garlic 2 cloves
    water (from boiled pasta) 1/4 cup
    parmesan cheese (as needed
    3 oz chicken tender cooked and chopped


cook pasta while sauteing vegetables and chicken with olive oil on medium- medium high heat. When pasta is finished save 1/4 cup of the water you boiled it in and drain the rest. Add pasta to pan with vegetables and saved water. Cook all ingredients over medium high heat until most of the water is evaporated. Serve with parmesan cheese.
