    1 tbls mixed seeds (quinoa, hemp hearts & chia seeds)
    1 tbls sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup raspberry sauce. (home made)

Tips

You can substitute a different fruit sauces if you wish. just make sure it is made by you so you can control the sugar content.
