Hillshire Farms Cheddar Wurst (13.5 oz. Package), 6 links
Mashed Potatoes, 6 cup (prepared a day in advance)
my essentials (Food lion brand) Shredded Sharp cheddar (fancy shredded), .75 cup
Preheat oven to 350.
Split open sausage links horizontally ALMOST all the way. Leaving it connected on one side
Place sausage links open side up on baking sheet.
Place potatoes in piping bag and pipe approximately 1 cup per link. Sprinkle .75 cup of cheese evenly over top of mashed potatoes on all links. Press in slightly to hold in place until melting.
Bake in oven for about 20-23 minutes or until instant read thermometer reads 165 for 15 seconds when inserted into center of SAUSAGE and potatoes. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
