Introduction

Easy to make for when you are craving something chocolaty. The crunch of chopped walnuts add a whole new level of texture and taste. Enjoy with a glass of cold milk or a hot cup of coffee. I used unsweetened coconut milk due to my husband being lactose intolerant. Easy to make for when you are craving something chocolaty. Directions

Preheat over to 400 F. Grease your muffin pan with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl sift together all your dry ingredients.

In a separate large bowl, add all wet ingredients together. Whisk lightly to mix all wet ingrediants together.

Lightly fold in the walnuts.

Spoon the muffin batter into the pan and bake for 18-20 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
