Ingredients

    2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 Pound Red Potatoes, cleaned and cut into wedges
    2 Cups Baby Carrots
    2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms
    1 Can Cream of Onion Soup
    1/4 Cup Skim Milk
    1 tsp Chicken & Poultry Seasoning
    1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp dried crushed Rosemary

Directions

Layer the bottom of the crockpot with the potatoes, followed by the mushrooms, followed by the carrots, then the chicken.

Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the chicken.

Cook on low 8 hours.

Serving Size: makes 6 oz of chicken with approximately 1 cup of vegitable mixture
