Ingredients

    6 medium carrots (peeled & shredded)
    5 oz crushed pineapple with pineapple juice
    2.66 oz raisins
    6 oz chopped walnuts
    3 TBSP mayonnaise

Directions

Mix all ingredients together season with pepper if desired. Best if let set & chill for a few hours to blend flavors.
