Ingredients

    1 tablespoon Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
    5 slices of fresh peeled and boiled ginger root
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon local raw honey (optional)
    1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Tips

For taste you may add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
or 1 tablespoon of local raw honey


Directions

Peel and slice the ginger root into 1 inch pieces.
Boil it in 1 cup water for 5-10 minutes.
Strain ginger from water.
Combine other ingredients in the water.
Drink!
