Ingredients

1 package manicotti, 12 pieces
1 10oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 16oz package bulk Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 15oz package ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
4 oz Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups Prego Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain water from boiled pasta.
While pasta is cooking, mix cheeses, egg, and seasonings. Stir in thawed and drained spinach and then browned and drained sausage.
When pasta is cool enough to handle, stuff each manicotti tube with cheese mixture. Place each stuffed pasta in a 9x13 baking dish. When all pasta is in the baking dish, cover with spaghetti sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle extra Parmesan over manicotti after 25 minutes of baking.
