This fast, easy Green Smoothie will have you keeping Spinach in your fridge all year round. The coconut seals the deal and it's very customizable if you think of other additions! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Cup of fresh Spinach
    1 Cup of Coconut Milk
    1 Banana
    1 Tbsp of Honey

Tips

If you want it bulkier, add more spinach (I think the original recipe called for 2 cups).

I also like to add whey protein, in the morning, and use it as a breakfast shake.


Directions

Measure out ingredients.
Put them all into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass (or two).
Garnish with an Umbrella Straw and enjoy the Vacation!
