I love, love, love spicey food and this was perfect. I let the old bay marinade on the shrimp for a few before I steamed them and served over dirty rice (sans meat) AWESOME! - 2/11/11

Using the unpeeled shrimp locks the Old Bay seasonngs in and keeps the shrimp very moist. Great to prepare ahead for summer gatherings or appetizers as is. - 7/25/10
